Moist Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

I took a couple of my favorite pumpkin bread recipes and combined them.Then I added my secret ingredient, the vanilla pudding.


Very Moist Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 C flour
1 sm package instant vanilla pudding, unprepared
3 C sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cloves
½ t ginger
1 C oil
4 eggs
1 (15-oz) can pumpkin
1 C mini chocolate chips

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix together well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Grease and flour 6 small bread pans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Thanks for the recipe... and THANKS for bringing this to me a little while ago. (My mom's boyfriend said it was funny when Isabel brought it to the door because you thought you had the wrong house!) It made my night by the way!
